Today we have another BMW 745i in the shop for it’s factory maintenance along with addressing some serious oil leaks.

We’re also half way through a head gasket job on an Audi A6 Quattro. The whole motor and transmission has to be lowered from the car to perform this repair. This is a very time consuming and intricate repair.

The Heads Up workshop is full for the start of March including the servicing and repair of a BMW 745li which has two oil leaks one from the lower oil pan and the other from the upper timing cover.

We are replacing the Valve Body on this 2002 Volkswagen Jetta

Engine Builds

Our engine builds are custom tailored to each customers needs, goals and expectations. At TDC, our team will work with you to develop a step by step plan on the parts and services needed to reach your power goals. 

Our Engine Builder will assist you in selecting cylinder head design, piston design, camshaft profile, engine bearings, and even which engine oil is best for your application. Large parts (such as engine blocks) are jet washed in an industrial parts washer and small parts are hand cleaned. We then perform “final part prep” including de-burring, cylinder wall prep, ring gapping, surface prep, bearing clearance checks, and all final measurements. Your engine is assembled using dedicated engine building tools and with an “engine builders’ finesse”.

Our experienced technicians are available to professionally install all parts and accessories. 

Oftentimes, bolt-on parts, are anything BUT bolt-on. Over the years, we have “seen it all”, and are confident in installing, fabricating, and adapting the most complex parts for the best fitment possible. Unlike some shops that simply throw a part on a car, our techs go above and beyond, such as looming, soldering and heat-wrapping, to insure the best possible outcome. 

Often times, more complex jobs require pricing that cannot be quoted by the hour. We offer by the job pricing for most custom parts installations.

Forced induction is our specialty, and we have the tools, knowledge and experience to install or build turbo kits, supercharger systems and Nitrous systems for virtually any vehicle. Experience, safety, and maximum reliable power is our goal. Our turbo installations and tunes focus on reliable, usable power.

Dyno Tuning

Our DynoJet 224x is the industry standard in Horsepower and Torque measurement. 

We can measure vehicles with up to 2,000 WHP, and up to 200 MPH!

From simple baseline pulls, AFR measurements, and in-depth dyno tuning, our DynoJet allows us to offer pinpoint diagnosis and exact calibrations.

Mercedes ML500 in for a transmission swap

We also had a Volkswagen Beetle in for a new timing belt and water pump along with this Red Toyota Supra which needs some electrical diagnostics.
